The K-Drama Craze

K-dramas or Korean television gained sudden popularity in the West. Not many had seen something like this before and, thus, it instantly caught the attention of new audiences. Some were particularly taken by its unexpected plotlines, while some were in awe of its groovy tunes, and some just loved the humor and quirky adventures. The reasons for its fame are plenty, and it seems that its following will only grow in time. To get a clearer picture of what people think about it, we conducted a poll with 9000 respondents, asking them whether they like K-dramas or not. 43.33% love binge-watching them, whereas 15.09% don't like them. 11.62% think it's alright and they can watch it once in a while. A group of respondents comprising 29.96% of respondents, however, don't even know what K-dramas are.
