Opinion Bureau signs the DND Agreement with the third party before sharing the personally identifiable information of users for data validation.
Upon request, Opinion Bureau will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. Opinion Bureau members can update or delete their personally identifiable information anytime they want by logging in into their account or by sending an email to the help desk at email@example.com. We will respond to your request within two working days. As soon as you update your personally identifiable information, you will be invited to the research surveys that match your newly updated information.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
As soon as you register with Opinion Bureau, you authorize us to send you the account activation link. If you choose to terminate your membership or de-activate your account from Opinion Bureau, you can do this by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or simply clicking on the button "unsubscribe" in Opinion Bureau account. The termination will take effect within two business days after the receipt of your notice. As soon as your account is de-activated, you will not be receiving any e-mail from Opinion Bureau in future, and your record will be deleted from our database, through a secure manner in accordance with appropriate Data Protection regulations. Once you unsubscribe from Opinion Bureau, the balance reward amount will automatically lapse.
